Welcome crafters ...
Three things I’ve
Traditionally, the month of February is dedicated to
Valentine’s Day , and here at HQ we think it’s the perfect
excuse to share a little slice of love and happiness with
our families and circle of friends. So, as well a Kitty
Frampton’s witty Valentine’s cards (p53) and other themed
makes, we’ve got a fab selection of uplifting designs for you to try.
Firstly, make sure you check out Colette Smith’s pop-up greetings for
grown-ups, (p38). They’re just the ticket if you’re hoping to raise a smile
from a loved one! Claire Willis doesn’t disappoint either with her quilled
family set on page 72 – we had great fun photographing that! And, our new
designer, Helen Cant has made beautiful Parisian-themed jewellery (p38).
I must also introduce our fabulously-quirky family of gonks over on page
84. If you’re not yet a fan of crochet, you’ll be hooked by this cheery bunch!
Whichever projects you turn your hands to this month, make sure you
